Ingredients

3 bananas, mashed
1 1/2 cups quick cooking oats
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4-1/2 cup pumpkin seeds or other add-in

Instructions

Stir all ingredients together. Spoon into cookies on a baking sheet. Bake at 350* for 15 minutes. Enjoy!
